Pre-Registration
Pre-registration for ICBF-2006 is strongly recommended if you wish to participate and submit an abstract and/or a paper. It has to include a workable e-mail address for any future correspondence in order to receive further information and reminders of important deadlines and program updates.

Registration
Advance registration is strongly recommended for all participants. Payment should follow the registration form. The advance registration fee for congress participants is 350 € received before April 1, 2006. Thereafter, a late registration fee of 400 € should be paid. Students' registration fee is 175 € (200 € after March 31, 2006).
It is recommended for Students to submit a copy of their ID Student Card along with registration form.
For accompanying persons the registration fee is 80 € without any further surcharge.

Registration fees comprise a program packet containing the book of abstracts/proceedings, the technical sessions, the morning and afternoon coffee break coupons, as well as the coupons for lunches during the days of the congress, the welcome reception party (tentative, the first day, Sunday evening, 18 June) and shuttles from hotels to the congress site and vice versa.
For the accompanying persons, the organizers will provide accommodation for the most pleasant mode, by organizing visits to museums and excursions to archaeological sites.

We are glad to announce that the most of the welcome Hotels will be by the seashore, outside of city, and their cost will range from 40 € to 100 € (for single room) or
50 € to 132 € (for double bed), according to the category.

*or other Hotel of the same category if available rooms will be completed.
Therefore, a priority in booking rooms will be taken into account.

Important notice:“Porto Rio”, “Artemis”, “Achaia Beach”, “Tzaki”, “Rion Beach” “Florida-Blue bay” and "Rodini Beach"are located by the see. The first five are sited into the area of Rio while the last two, 5 Kilometers far from Rio nearby a nice fish-village "Psathopyrgos". The "Patras Palace"is a nice new hotel in the centre of downtown of Patras with a nice view to the harbour and the gulf of "Patraikos", and nearby the Bus-Station (only some meters far from this). The hotel "Castello" is a group of apartments nearby the University campus, 5 minutes far, by walking, from the Conference and Cultural Centre of the University where the Congress will takes place.
According to your registration time we will care to provide you the best accommodation about your hotel. If you are delay to your registration will be difficult to find a room of your desire. In that case we’ll try to find another hotel about the same you will have requested and about the same category and perhaps in the city of Patras. Obviously, we’ll signify you what about. We greatly regret for this inconvenience but Greece is a country with an intent tourism during summer period and the city of Patras coincides to be the Cultural Capital of Europe for this year. For these all reasons we'd greatly please you to hurry up registering at least your hotel in order we have much time, and especially in time, to arrange your hotel booking of your desire.
The Student Residence Hall (Fititiki Estia) situated within the campus, is operated by the National Youth Agency with single-study bedrooms with recreational facilities, a large restaurant, a theatre, an indoor swimming-pool, snack-bars, television ect

For your convenience you could make use of the submission button at the bottom of the form if you select the e-mail mode.
