ICBF-2006 Programme
The
scientific programme of the conference will comprise plenary and
invited lectures from the international eminent persons working on the
major areas of Food Biotechnology, Food Engineering and Food Chemistry and
Biochemistry. The scientific programme of the ICBF-2006 would be spread

The program of
presentations is the final and you can download it or open it. In few
words, it is consisted by the "welcome session" with the opening ceremony in
the afternoon of Sunday 18 June in the Auditorium (I4) of the “Conference
and Cultural Centre” of the University of Patras and the "welcome reception"
in the evening of the same day in the hotel “Achaia Beach”. The sessions
of presentations start in the morning of Monday with the opening session
that includes the opening, plenary and invited lectures in the Auditorium
(I4). The next sessions will take place in parallel sessions in three
Rooms (I11, I12 and I13). In the last day there would be a "clossing
session" in the Auditorium (I4) again. The "poster sessions" will
be three according to the three main scientific topics of the congress with matching
subjects. The number of the poster’s title of each poster corresponds to a
number of table will be given at the Room of their exhibition (I6). The
coffee will be served in the Foyer of the Centre (I5) and the lunch at the
first floor (II-3).
